How does applying to Beachhouse Project work?

Choose a live edition, request an invite, complete the current application, and wait for ExCo to review cohort fit. If approved, your invite contains the commercial details you need to review before paying.

    Choose a live BHX edition

    Start with an edition that is currently published and accepting applications. Its page is the source for the destination, dates, programme, audience, starting fee and availability.

  2. 02

    Request an invite

    Open the application from the edition or BHX site. Requesting an invite starts the process; it is not a booking and does not collect payment by itself.

  3. 03

    Complete the current application

    Answer the questions shown in the live form. Fields can change, so an old screenshot or social post is not the application contract.

  4. 04

    ExCo reviews cohort fit

    The team reviews the application in the context of that edition and the room being formed. BHX does not publish a permanent scoring formula or promise acceptance based on job title, follower count or résumé prestige.

  5. 05

    Receive an invite if approved

    If the edition and cohort fit, ExCo sends the next step. The approved invite confirms the amount, payment options and terms offered for that booking.

  6. 06

    Review, pay and begin onboarding

    Read the exact fee, inclusions, exclusions and current terms before paying. A confirmed payment secures the booking; onboarding details follow through the official ExCo flow.

BHX application FAQ

Can I buy a BHX place without applying?

No. BHX is application-led. You can request an invite when an edition is accepting applications, but payment becomes available only through the official flow after the relevant review and approval state.

What does BHX look for in an application?

BHX reviews fit for the exact edition and the mix of the room. The current application asks the questions that matter for that review. There is no public permanent scoring formula, and old marketing phrases about energy, curiosity, generosity, career stage or a specific output should not be treated as guaranteed selection rules.

How many people are accepted into a BHX edition?

Capacity varies by edition. Read the exact live edition and invite rather than assuming a permanent 14-person, 16-person or 20-person cohort.

Does BHX always offer scholarships?

No permanent scholarship route is promised. Treat a scholarship, grant or sponsored-seat opportunity as current only when an official BHX or ExCo page for that application window says it is open. An old social campaign is not current availability.

When do I see the exact BHX price and payment options?

The live edition page shows the current published starting fee. If approved, your invite confirms the amount and payment options offered to you. Old edition prices do not define the price of a current edition.
