What it is
BHX, also called Beachhouse Project, is an application-led Brain Vacation by ExCo. A curated, cross-disciplinary room steps away from everyday routines for conversation, perspective, rest and ideas.

BHX story / since 2014
BHX started with one question: what happens when sharp people step away from their usual routines and think together like humans?
Direct answer
BHX, also called Beachhouse Project, is an application-led Brain Vacation by ExCo. A curated, cross-disciplinary room steps away from everyday routines for conversation, perspective, rest and ideas.
BHX commonly speaks to founders, creators and builders. The exact live edition names its audience; not every profile or edition is interchangeable.
Duration, capacity, setting, programme and intended outputs come from the live edition. There is no permanent 16-person, private-villa or 90-day-plan promise.
The BHX name and intellectual property are owned by Oxytocin Designs LLP. Current ExCo booking terms name the affiliated Experience Collective Private Limited as the booking contractor.
Fit check
There is no honest universal yes. BHX is worth considering only when the live edition, the room you want and the way you want to spend the time line up.
Use the live edition for current commercial facts, the approved invite and terms for the booking, and ExCo's BHX review pool as clearly labelled first-party traveller evidence. Owned social posts, editorial coverage and independent reviews are different evidence types and should not be blended into one consensus claim.
Why people come here
About pages are not for poetry first. They are for the quiet check: who made this, why does it exist, what kind of people show up, and will I feel out of place?

Fair question. BHX sits inside The Experience Co., a company building people-first experiences since 2014.
BHX commonly brings together founders, creators and builders. The exact live edition names its audience, and ExCo reviews fit for that edition and the room being formed.
A clearer question, people who will challenge it, and the relief of not having to think alone for once.
You request an invite. We check fit for the edition. If the room makes sense, we send the next step.
From unboxing the spark
That was the bet. Bring people away from their usual environment, take away the usual performance, and see what changes. The old BHX line called it a spark. Each live edition defines the setting and duration.

The ExCo universe
BHX is the brain-vacation chapter inside The Experience Co. Around it sit other worlds for adventure, roadtrips, festivals, stories and city chapters. Different doorways, same taste for people who make the room better.

Founders, creators and culture shapers in a house built for clarity.

Wild places, stranger-to-tribe energy, and stories you keep retelling.

Long roads, open country, and the conversations that only happen in motion.

A collision of music, ideas, art and people building what is next.

The storytelling engine that lets the spark travel beyond the room.

Local rooms that keep the tribe moving between the big adventures.

What we protect
The people are the product. We look for curiosity, generosity, lived context, and enough difference for the room to actually move.
BHX is not another place to perform. It is a pause from autopilot, with people who can hold the question without rushing the answer.
What matters is what travels home: a decision you can make, people you can call, and a next chapter with teeth.
Good work needs warmth. We protect the house from clout games, dead rooms, and anyone who makes depth feel like a TED Talk.

The next chapter
Request an invite. If the edition and the room feel right, we will send the details. If not, no drama. Wrong-room energy is expensive.
