GAMEPLAN
Hellos That Skip the Small Talk.
You arrive in Ubud, settle in, and find yourself at lunch with faces you'll know deeply by the end of the week. The afternoon eases into context setting - what brought you here, what you're hoping to shake loose, and what you want to walk away with. Intro circles follow. We skip the professional bios and go straight to the turning points, the risks, the chapters that actually made you. By the time we wrap, the room has a different quality to it. You've gone further with people you met hours ago than most friendships go in years. Night rolls into a house party at the villa - dancing and poolside chilling stretch into the night!

You Share What's Stuck. The Tribe Digs In.
A few more intros might spill into the morning, then we shift as challenges come to the centre of the room. We open the floor to you: what you're building, what's holding you back, what kind of support would actually move things. Small groups of four or five form into agencies. You walk yours through what's blocking you, they push back, ask hard questions, then you do the same for them. By the end, everyone's walking out with two things defined: their Ask and their Offer. Fret not; we’re not here to only talk about work all day. Evening takes us out into Ubud - local spots, some beers and good food!

The Tribe Shows Up. Then the Jungle Does Too.
A slow breakfast, then we're back in it, this is where things get concrete. Each person takes the floor in turn: here's the challenge, here's the ask, here's what I'm bringing. This is the Creative Marketplace. The tribe doesn't respond with encouragement but with real support that you can count on! Specific offers are put on the table - a skill, an intro into a network, emotional backup or a formal collaboration. Lunch break, then the marketplace closes. You leave with a clear picture of who's showing up for you and exactly how. Afternoon is a full gear shift - we ride an ATV through waterfalls and jungle, then loose time in Ubud's markets. We close the night with a pool party and a games night! It's been a big day.

Canggu. New Backdrop, Same Depth.
We load up and drive to Canggu - about an hour away, and the quaintest villas to settle into! If anything from the Marketplace carried over, it wraps here. Otherwise, Tribe Dates begin. One-on-ones spread out across Canggu - across café tables, or on a walk, wherever feels right. These aren't casual catchups. They're structured conversations designed to surface the questions you haven't thought to ask yourself yet. We wind down at a beach shack as the sun drops - drinks in hand, feet in the sand, nowhere to be.

The Tribe Dates Keep Going. Bali Does What Bali Does.
Tribe Dates continue with some conversations taking more ground to cover. We keep lunch easy and low-key, a chance to decompress between sessions. The afternoon opens up - hang at the villa, wander Canggu, or just sit with everything that's been surfacing this week. Evening, we head to one of Bali's best beach clubs. Consider it a well-earned night off.

Hacks on the Table. Work in the Room. Nothing Held Back.
We open with Hack Circle - practical stuff, the things that are actually working. A morning routine, a financial tool, a reframe that changed how someone operates. It adds up fast. Lunch at the villa. Show of Work follows (optional), where you put what you're building in front of people from 15+ different fields. The feedback lands differently when it comes from people who are also mid-build. The afternoon is yours to explore Canggu at your own pace! Last evening together. If there's a conversation you haven't had yet, a move you've been putting off, tonight's the night to seal it.

Goodbyes, Tight Hugs, A Tribe That Stays.
The morning is unhurried. Breakfast goes long; goodbyes keep getting interrupted by one more thing to say. Some fly home. Others extend and see more of Bali together. Either way, you're leaving with a clearer head, a list of things to go try, and a Tribe of 15+ incredible humans who are genuinely rooting for what comes next for you! Welcome to the Tribe, you<3

FAQS
Who else is going? Can I see the group before I commit?+
Every edition is curated to 14–17 people across professions, cities, and stages of life — never 14 from the same industry. Once you confirm, you get an anonymized cohort snapshot covering roles, cities, and why each person is coming. The full WhatsApp group goes live around 30 days before departure. Median age is typically 28–38; gender ratio targets 50:50 within applicant-pool constraints. If a destination skews younger or older, the edition page says so.
What's actually included in the price?+
Stays, on-ground transfers, curated experiences, breakfast and one other meal a day, and the host being with you for the whole edition. Not included: flights, visa fees, alcohol, and meals on free evenings. The exact inclusions/exclusions split is in the two-column section on each edition page. No surprise add-ons at checkout.
What happens to my money if I cancel?+
Cancellation outcomes depend on your edition's category and how close you are to departure. In the early window you receive 90% as ExCo Wallet credit (or 80% as a bank transfer if you've paid ₹50,000+); in the late window 50% wallet (or 40% bank). A flat ₹7,000 administration fee applies. ExCo Wallet credit is valid at full value for 12 months and is transferable to a friend or family member once. Wallet credit cannot be converted to cash. Insurance premiums and third-party costs already incurred remain non-refundable.
How does the deposit and payment work?+
A 10% deposit at booking locks your spot — this applies across all edition categories (Visa-Heavy, Mid-Adventure, and Easy-Visa / Domestic). The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments based on the category's payment timeline, with the final payment due before the edition's cut-off. The exact schedule is shown above the deposit button on each edition page. You can pay by UPI, bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.
BHX Bali — what actually happens at a residency? Is it a workshop or a vacation?+
Neither, exactly. BHX is a residency — you're staying in one villa with 14 strangers for 6–7 days. Mornings have an anchor session (creative, intellectual, sometimes silent). Afternoons are open. Evenings rotate between group dinners and fire conversations. No agenda is forced. Most travellers leave with one or two ideas they didn't arrive with, and one or two relationships that outlast the week.
Bali — do Indian passport holders need a visa?+
Visa-on-arrival is available for Indian passports for ~$35 USD, or you can apply online ahead of time for a smoother airport experience.
How do you actually pick people for an edition?+
We're not picking the “best” applicants — we're building a room that works. Range across professions, life stages, and intent matters more than credentials. We read every application. The lens is simple: would this person make the group better, and would the group make this person's edition better.
Can I bring my partner, friend, or sibling?+
Yes — both of you go through the same curation flow. The group balance matters more than the headcount, so we apply the same lens to your plus-one. Often both get in. Sometimes only one of you is the right fit for that specific edition, in which case we'll recommend a different edition for the other. Spot transfers between friends or family aren't allowed directly — the original booking has to be cancelled first, and any wallet credit can then be used toward a new booking.
Can I move my dates if I can't get leave approved in time?+
Edition dates are fixed — the host, the cohort, and the on-ground vendors are all locked. Edition transfers are not permitted directly. If your plans change, you'll need to cancel your current booking and use any eligible ExCo Wallet credit toward a new booking. The credit is valid at full value for 12 months.
How much does an edition cost? Is the price on the page final?+
The number on the edition page is the all-in program fee for what's included — stays, on-ground transfers, curated experiences, breakfast and one other meal a day, and the host. Flights, visa fees, alcohol, and meals on free evenings are excluded. GST applies where relevant; checkout shows the final number. Editions priced in USD/EUR/JPY may convert at the prevailing rate when each scheduled payment is processed; once a payment has been processed it isn't retrospectively adjusted.
What if I'm waiting on visa results when payment is due?+
If you've confirmed for your edition and applied for your visa but are still waiting on results, you can make a partial payment of 30% and settle the balance once the visa is approved. If the visa is rejected, ExCo deducts 20% of the amount paid and the rest is credited to a future edition. If your visa status remains uncertain 31 days before the edition, you can either reschedule to a future edition free of charge, or hold your spot — in which case the 50% advance becomes non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
What if I have a prior visa rejection?+
A prior rejection (US, UK, Schengen, or otherwise) doesn't automatically disqualify you, but it does mean we'll spend more time on documentation. Flag it during the application — our visa team has a separate intake for travellers with prior rejections so you get an honest read on your odds before you commit financially. Note: passports must remain valid for at least six months beyond the end of the edition.
I'm coming solo — will it feel awkward?+
About 70% of every edition comes solo. By the second dinner, no one remembers who arrived knowing whom. The whole format — shared villa, shared transport, anchor experiences — is built so groups form fast and naturally.
