When 5 Strangers Met in the Mountains & Changed the World

On their flight to Ladakh, Vincent and Vishal discovered they had a particularly uncanny connection - Dhanbad. And they promised to explore it further in the coming week. In the meantime, Dr Keyur an IIT professor and Vijay, a Manufacturing genius had arrived at the villa before the rest. While in conversation, Keyur hinted that he always had a dream to bridge gaps in medical training using AI. Vijay loved anchoring a potential dream when he saw one. Be it at a bonfire, rafting through the Zanskar or while simply looking into the stars.

4 glorious days had passed and although Dr. Keyur was in no rush, they both had a feeling that it was the perfect time to bring this vision to life. As the Director and Operations Head, they roped in Vishal as their Marketing Expert after an all-night conversation on their balcony. Now the only missing piece was a tech wiz — Enter the Dhanbad connection, Vincent.
Now here’s the fun part. Vincent was in conversation with Kaushiki when he was approached with the idea. And to complete this Avengers Ensemble - they needed a Product Manager. Kaushiki’s Designation? Was exactly that.

In October 2022, they formed a WhatsApp group to discuss how they needed to proceed further and within 6 months MADVR was launched. It is not just an idea; it is how collective & shared dreams come to life. A venture born from diverse backgrounds, shaping a new era in medical education.
