How a poolside brain jam helped build a platform for the stories of Desi Queers & Allies

Prachi, a Graphic Designer, attended BHX to break from the daily grind While Jandeep, who was at a comfortable place in life was seeking like-minded connections to bring him out of his comfort zone. And it was during one of these dream sessions that they stumbled upon an intersecting passion — to enable the powerful stories of Desi Queers & Allies.

Enter Patang - a network of desi queers and allies connecting with the LGBTQ+ community, that creates a platform for their stories, a home for rest, and a fest for celebration. For someone who was looking to break from the grind and another who was looking to step outside their comfort zone — together, they founded a space celebrating queer joy, rest, and rejuvenation.

And here comes the big news. In October 2023, the dynamic duo collaborated with Josh Talks, sharing diverse stories and perspectives from the queer community.
At BHX, we believe in creating safe spaces and judgment-free zones. Patang is a symbolic achievement for all stories and the vibrant spirit of inclusivity! Like the name suggests, we’d say - fly high.
